The URL Is Dead, Long Live Search →
Very interesting. I’ve been trying to wrap my head around how effective placing a dot-com at the end of a TV spot actually is. It’s eye-opening to see that so many people actually search domain names rather than typing them into their address bar.

Great article giving mad props to Publicis & Hal Riney for their innovative navigation on their site. Personally, when I first saw what they did, I couldn’t help but think to myself that I was catching a glimpse of our future, in some way or another. Visit hrp.com at some point, especially if you have a web cam.

Touch screen, good web browser, Google street-view. Very interesting…seems to be inspired by the iPhone quite a bit. Sad to not see the double-tap zoom function in the web browser.

iPhone facts from the first reviews →
Here’s a good list of facts about the iPhone. I was right…no Flash or video support.
Reviews are coming in. Here’s one from Walter Mossberg of the WSJ. Pretty positive, especially of the web browser and email program. Word on the street, though, is that the browser doesn’t support Flash. That’s a bummer.
